Brickell has a nice infrastructure in place to make it very comfortable... from it&#039;s new, gourmet Publix to it&#039;s charming pedestrian qualities... Add to that a literal transportation BLISS (with both the MetroRail and the PeopleMover right there!)... a lovely mix of new and older buildings... and the charm of Mary Brickell Village&#039;s shops, dining and mingling:  Brickell is definitely an up and coming area competing with Miami Beach and Coral Gables for buyers... and a highly attractive location as an investment and even more so as a great place to live and play!</description>

		<description>The Plaza is a great condo. New condos with their new features, state of the art kitchens and baths are very sought after. But Brickell condos offer big spaces, big areas, large parking lots, (driveways are not air-tight), big pools or double pools by the bay (not obstructed by the shade of other buildings), tennis courts, green walking areas, less traffic (because they are not IN the financial district)
 Although most of them are 20-30 years old, they are  functional, well kept, remodeled and have grocery stores and other features that new buildings dream on having.</description>
