"The neighborhood statistics can be found either on the municipality's website or through the US Census Bureau. Our opinions don't matter. Buyers really ought to attend community events, visit the public parks for activities & visit with the residents and get to know the local businesses to get the flavor of the area they are considering. A purchase of a property is the largest financial commitment a person makes and purchasing a home is one of the most important and private decisions that a homeowner will face. Not every property is for every buyer and not every buyer is for every property. In other words...we just work here! :-) " ... in the words of my fearless leader and the managing Broker of EWM!

You guys say nice things about knowing a neighborhood and that's all true but how about people who are trying to relocate from other states and do not have the time or leave from their jobs to do such extensive neighborhood review. You guys should specifically address the problems such people face.

Is there any specific place or places where one can get an objective assessment about a neighborhood. I know it can become a sensitive issue but you can certainly give general opinion. To give an example, I am interested in North Bay Village Condos from what I have found on the net. But the realtors I have spoken to said absolutely 180 degree opposite things about that area. Some said to stay away from that area and some said it is very desirable. Who to trust? These are the real life questions you guys should address.

Cordially,
