Gregg…Thank you for your comments about the photos taking you back to your childhood (and about “marketing”). So much appreciated! Property has skyrocketed since 1964, especially in South Florida. Anytime you can buy in a good location(and hold onto that property for awhile) real estate often brings a nice, solid return.(Hindsight’s often 20-20). I loved the photos. Some of them take me back to my childhood, while the others are just plain neat. So much has changed since I left in 1964. I guess I should have kept my place in Kendall at The Ledges. (Think this is how you sell it)
