Townhomes in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami & Pinecrest

I’ve been working for the past several months with buyers who are wanting  to find a townhouse.    And we received two other inquiries through our real estate blog this weekend, MiamiRealEstateCafe.com,  from others wanting to purchase a townhome in the Miami area. 

There are 42 townhomes currently listed in the MLS in Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest and Coconut Grove … and a handful of others that are available but not listed in the MLS. 

Owning a townhouse appeals to many of us  (because it combines attributes of  both a home and a condo).

You may be downsizing (& with a townhouse you can just lock up and leave …  and travel).    You might be looking to start from scratch  ( & want something that feels like home  – with a speck of outdoor space  – but minimal grounds to upkeep).  You might be looking for a vacation home or  for an investment property.

 There are a few  units still available in Oaklane (which is just south of Sunset Drive … on Red Road) between South Miami and Pinecrest (and these units have 4 garage parking per unit … and three stories to each unit).   Kings Creek (just west of Pinecrest and South Miami)  has a quaint one story waterfront unit. And Paradise Point in Palmetto Bay has a three story unit that’s waterfront,  and in a gated community just off of SW 152nd St.   To see the 5 townhomes in those neighborhoods and see what’s being offered in Oaklane, Kings Creek and Paradise Point you can click the link here.
