From the street, there is absolutely no clue whatsoever as to what 920 Sevilla is about to become… and quite frankly, it’s not easy to envision. For those who can, though… there is a future brewing in the “Biltmore Quarter” of the North Gables that will tranform the area (neighborhood of million-dollar single-family homes), into something even more. Each home’s intricate details were carefully thought-out… maintaining architectural integrity, functionality, and design. The four homes on Sevilla each overlook the Venetian Pool. The four on Palermo mirror those on Sevilla. Corner units have two-car parking garages, and the other (four) street-front homes all house three-car garages.
Eight villas are street-front (with direct curb access). Twelve are interior or laterally positioned, with access through the courtyard’s pedestrian entry gates, or via the individual underground parking garages and courtyard stairwells…. luxuriously European in feel.
The twelve interior courtyard villas all have a fireplace, and each a wine cellar (with the exception of the two in the very center).

Each four-story VILLA has a story. Slip the key in and open the door. The lower level consists of your private garage, indoor laundry, full bath, and what’s known (for now) as a “flex-room”… and which can be designed around your needs: Office, Fitness Center, Wine Cellar (if you’re opting for a steet-front unit without one already)… or as additional cellar space/tasting room, or an extra room. Elevator access and open/floating stairwell go to each floor.
