Living in the North Quadrant of Coral Gables… in one of the most expensive zip codes in the United States

With homes in Coral Gables priced (for the most part) from the mid $300,000’s to $24,500,000  there’s a wide variety to choose from.  Those in the North Quardrant of the Gables, in the vicinity of the Biltmore Hotel, are priced upward of 5 million.  With views right over the Biltmore Golf Course, this one at 1415 Sevilla Avenue,  with a zip code of 33134,  is currently the top contender for the highest price tag, scheduled for completion in early 2009, and  priced at $5,495,000.
The Gables zip codes of 33134, 33143 and 33146 are among the priciest in the nation.
Coral Gables…. Tranquil, well-maintained, residential setting.  Green spaces.  Mature trees.  Quiet reflection, the sounds of the birds, aromatic caffe latte in hand.
No interruptions.
Coral Gables….Steeped in historical beauty … Elegant, tropical backdrop with a distinctly European feel, and a vibrancy, uniquely it’s own.
The North Biltmore Quadrant is home to the historic Biltmore Hotel and Golfcourse…  an underground spring bubbling into what’s been, since 1924, The Venetian Pool, which, like the Biltmore, is on the National Registry of Historic Places.

While Coral Gables is a community of multimillion dollar residences,  growing exceedingly more cultured and more pedestrian, the Gables also offers more accessible price tags. This home on  412 Alminar lies within the 33134 zip code, and is  currently on the market for nearly half it’s sticker price it had two years ago.  Listed at $349,000:
412 Alminar in Coral Gables has both warmth and charm.
Art galleries nearby. Fine dining. Cultural events. Shopping and coffee houses.  Bookstores and boutiques. There’s home, there’s work, and there’s more… there’s  Coral Gables!  With homes from the mid $300,000’s to $24,500,000 perhaps this is the neighborhood for you.
