We can also offer staging consulting, and home manager services if the property is vacant – if you wish.
All advertising, listing, marketing, and promoting will be done by us, the Restivo-Hechtman Team … We will arrange for the photography of the property (16-25 interior and exterior shots)… host a broker’s open for top agents in the area the first week after listing your property … design flyers and/or visual tour for distribution… qualify and screen your prospective buyers… arrange appointments for private showings and accompany buyers and agents on each viewing … host open houses … handle contract negotiations… provide neighborhood information… recommend service providers … oversee the loan application & approval , appraisals, surveys, inspections… and oversee title and preparations for closing … with professionalism and privacy.
